Cybersolution Technologies Sdn Bhd (CTSB) recently participated in a strategic virtual discussion with Sarawak Digital Economy Corporation (SDEC) and TRobot, one of SDEC’s three anchor companies, to explore collaboration in the development of high-tech talent for the people of Sarawak.
The initiative is part of HTTPSS, a flagship program under SDEC in collaboration with Yayasan Pendidikan Bumiputera, aimed at upskilling Sarawakians through technology-based training. Leading the discussion from TRobot was its Managing Director, Tuan Syed Zaini, alongside representatives from SDEC.
During the session, CTSB was invited to present and share its proposed collaboration framework with TRobot and SDEC. The focus areas include robotics, STEM learning, robotic process automation (RPA), and software development. These initiatives aim to accelerate digital literacy and support Sarawak’s journey toward becoming a leading digital state.
As part of the broader collaboration plan, TRobot expressed interest in working with CTSB to build local Bumiputera talent through a four-month, phased training program. The program will involve TRobot-led sessions with selected CTSB staff and appointed candidates from Sarawak.The discussion served as a valuable platform to align efforts in advancing innovation, empowering talent, and fostering inclusive growth across East Malaysia.
CTSB is optimistic that this engagement will lead to meaningful outcomes, particularly in shaping a future-ready workforce and strengthening the digital ecosystem in Sarawak
