On 2 April 2024, Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) invited Cybersolution Technologies Sdn Bhd (CTSB) to participate in the Executive Opinion Survey Session for the IMD World Competitiveness Yearbook 2024, held at the ICC Meeting Room, MPC Johor Bahru. The session was part of the national initiative themed “Malaysia’s Leap to Leadership: Your Voice, Our Future”, alongside a Productivity Grant Briefing session.
This engagement is a crucial component of Malaysia’s effort to elevate its global competitiveness rankings. It gathered insights from industry leaders to complement quantitative data with real-world perceptions of the nation’s business environment, policy effectiveness, and overall productivity landscape.
Representing CTSB were Mr. Ramlee, Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Ikhwan, Head of Robotics and Smart City Unit. Their participation reflects the company’s commitment to shaping the dialogue on digital transformation and its impact on local government and smart city ecosystems.
