Cybersolution Technologies Sdn Bhd (CTSB) is proud to be among the five companies selected for the prestigious Public-Private Research Network (PPRN) 2.0 2024 grant, awarded by the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT). This initiative aims to foster innovation through strategic collaborations between academia and industry.
The official briefing session and Letter of Offer Presentation Ceremony was chaired by YBhg. Dato’ Dr. Haji Megat Sany Megat Ahmad Supian and brought together representatives from the selected companies, marking a significant milestone in public-private research collaboration.
CTSB was selected after a rigorous multi-phase pitching and evaluation process at the university level and final screening by KPT panels. The grant was awarded for the company’s cutting-edge project titled “E-Kiosk Service Robot for Smart City”, which focuses on integrating robotics into smart urban environments.
Representing CTSB at the session were Chief Executive Officer (CEO) En. Ramlee, Mr. Ikhwan, and Mr. Yusuf, alongside Dr. Abu Ubaidah from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), who will lead the research project. The project received a matching grant valued at nearly RM100,000, further affirming its relevance and potential impact.
This achievement reflects CTSB’s continuous commitment to driving smart city innovation through robotics and emerging technologies. The PPRN platform provides an ideal ecosystem for the convergence of academic expertise and industrial application, enabling scalable solutions that support Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda.
