Johor Smart City Forum 2025

Cybersolution Technologies proudly participated as both an exhibitor and official event partner at the Johor Smart City Forum 2025, held from 22 to 24 September at Persada International Convention Centre, Johor Bahru. Organized by PLANMalaysia Johor, the forum served as a dynamic platform for exploring the future of Smart Cities, GovTech innovation, and AI-driven urban transformation. The Johor Smart City Forum 2025 was officially launched by Yang Berhormat Dato’ Haji Mohd Jafni bin Md Shukor,  Chairman of the Johor State Housing and Local Government Committee.

Throughout the three-day event, Cybersolution Technologies was actively involved in several key programs that highlighted our commitment to shaping intelligent, inclusive, and sustainable cities. One of the highlights was our CEO, Mr. Ramlee Jaafar, being invited as a speaker in Tech Share 5: Reinventing Governance for a Smarter Future, a thought-provoking session moderated by Yang Berbahagia Dato’ Dr. Haji Badrul Hisham bin Kassim, CEO of the Johor State Administrative Service Academy. The panel featured distinguished experts including YBhg. Datuk Nik Ahmad Faizul bin Abdul Mallek, Mr. Jarod Ho from Pos Malaysia Berhad, and Gs. Zabibah Samat from Putrajaya Corporation. Together, they explored how institutional innovation and citizen-centric service delivery are key to unlocking the full potential of GovTech and Smart Governance.

In addition, our very own Dr. Mohd Khairul Ikhwan Ahmad, Robotic and Smart City Unit Lead, conducted a workshop titled Smart City, Smart Skills: AI Role in Industry 5.0, which delved into the transformative impact of artificial intelligence in shaping future-ready urban industries. The session attracted professionals and students eager to understand how AI Cities are redefining the landscape of Industry 5.0.

Another major highlight was the Robotic Competition, co-organized by PLANMalaysia Johor, Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), and Cybersolution Technologies. Held on 23 and 24 September, the program featured a range of STEM, TVET, and digital innovation activities. These included:
